Waitlist emails

We store the email address you submit so we can send occasional development updates and playtest invitations. We do not sell waitlist addresses or use them for advertising.

Email delivery and self-service unsubscribe are still being built. Before sending updates, we will include a working unsubscribe link in every email. Until then, contact the project on Discord (opens in a new tab) to arrange a private removal request. Please do not post your email address publicly.

Minimal analytics

Optional Umami analytics count confirmed new waitlist signups and Discord link clicks. Collection is inactive until configured. When enabled, events contain the event name and link location, never your email address, form contents, query strings or referral URLs.

Our integration uses no analytics cookies, browser storage, session recordings or advertising identifiers. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not send events from local development or preview domains.

As with any web request, analytics infrastructure receives a network address and browser headers to deliver and process the request. Read Umami's privacy FAQ (opens in a new tab) for the provider's handling of this data. Our integration does not send a distinct user ID.

Hosting and external links

Cloudflare serves the website, Render hosts the API, and Neon stores waitlist registrations. These services may process technical request information needed to operate and protect the application. Discord is a separate service with its own privacy practices.
